Native Dog Swamp Project Opening | Friday 6 November 2015

An invitation to the opening of the Native Dog Swamp TSR Wetlands Project.

Native Dog Swamp Reserve is an active Travelling Stock Reserve (TSR) which is currently being managed to improve the capacity of the wetland to store carbon, improve biodiversity and encourage the public to visit and enjoy the Reserve. This site is part of the Murray Wetland Carbon Storage project – a partnership between Murray Local Land Services and the Murray Darling Wetlands Working Group Ltd, funded by the Australian Government.

Native Dog Swamp Reserve will be officially opened on Friday 6 November 2015, allowing the public access to the newly improved visitor facilities.
